For those that bike or drive, Persea will have ample parking and bike storage that exceeds the city’s requirements.; the project is strategically designed to discourage residents from parking on adjacent city streets.
Additionally, North Santa Fe has been identified as a Mixed-Use Transit Corridor by SANDAG because of its proximity to transit, employment opportunities, commercial and retail businesses, and residential.
