Kodak Theatre

Best known as the site of American Idol's Hollywood auditions and of the annual Academy Awards® presentations (or, more familiarly, the Oscars®), the Kodak opened in 2001 and is a dramatic centerpiece of the Hollywood & Highland Center entertainment complex. The sleek, elegant theater features an impressive lobby, complete with likenesses of former Oscar® winners, and a glittering audience space that seats 3332. Guided tours, offered daily, show off the theater in its best light, and big-name productions fill the house year-round.
