What software is pre-installed?
Unlike other companies, we never install any bloatware or advertising software. You'll have Activated Windows 11, critical updates and drivers, GPU driver updater (Nvidia's GeForce Experience or AMD's Adrenalin), and relevant motherboard manufacturer's utilities.
What parts do you use?
All critical components are only name-brand parts from major brands frequently sold in electronics stores and online. We ensure you'll get the full compatibility and performance you expect.
How long does it take to ship?

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your Green Beast Gaming machine for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of delivery. Every Green Beast Gaming machine is covered by our 2-year parts warranty. There are no restocking fees or final sale items.
Can I reduce the price further?
All our PCs are priced very competitively, especially when taking into account their quality, our convenient and fast online support, and 2-year warranty. However, you may contact us to request unactivated Windows (functions normally, but has a watermark and no personalization settings). Also, if you are in the Northern Virginia area, you are eligible for a $50 discount.
