Hands down this is truly the best steakhouse when you consider pricing. We've been hooked for several months now as my husband was traveling on business and hit one up walking way taking into consideration the service, food, ambiance, cost and you can't get a better deal. Chain of course, but they are consistent. I'm all about paying a lot for a wonderful experience. Longhorn provides this consistently at a fair price which is wonderful in itself. Never had any issues with this location and the bar staff is starting to recognize us as semi-regulars.
Last night, flo's 6 oz filet medium. Baked potato with fixings on the side. Salad with blue cheese glass of cab. My husband same steak with broccoli and grilled shrimp which came with some rice. Same salad. Glass of Pino Grigio (both 9 oz BTW). We kicked it up and Ubered out and back to give us a break driving in crappy weather and seriously chilling from start to finish. So good.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 10, 2023
Me and a friend decided to grab a quick dinner here. The service was pretty good, our waitress was very kind. But the food was horrible.
I got the parmesan crusted chicken, with mashed potato's . I asked if they had cheesy mashed potato's. And she said yes. And then when the meal came out, I got mashed potatoes with shredded cheese on top. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken was soooooo salty. The mashed potatoes tasted like flour and cheese mixed together.
Soon after the meal, I had the worst stomach pain of my life. I definitely won't be dining here anymore. Food quality has definitely gone downhill.
The bathrooms smelled really bad/ needed to be cleaned . Just wasn't a good dinner experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Candice T.Columbus, OH275571Feb 26, 2024Updated review
Food is always prepared perfectly, staff is always a delight, atmosphere laid-back and welcoming. Large portions, which means- lunch tomorrow!

We are generally seated right away and prompt and friendly service each and every time. I also enjoy the late hours of operation.
The manager walks around checking for satisfactory with customers which is something to be said. Food comes out fast and cooked to perfection.
After a long hard day there comfortable booths are easy on those working labor occupations. Lights are dim, giving off a relaxing ambulance as u sit back, unwind, and be treated like a king (or queen). - Jan 17, 2024
We went here after a swim meet. We haven't been to a steakhouse in a really long time, and this was going to fit the bill as Madeline wanted the steak. The server we had was super! Yes, this is a chain, but they employ local people, and the service that he provided was just outstanding. The steak was made to order, the potato was a bit dry (my fault, just butter as ordered, but shoulda asked for another butter.) I managed, and it was good. Restaurant was decorated with your typical western fair. The seats, table and floor were clean, not sticky , which is a plus.

It was my first time visiting this Longhorn in a while, even though I drive past it almost everyday. Overall, the food was good and our service was excellent. However, there were two main issues with my meal that dropped the rating slightly. First, my meal came with a salad and I chose the Caesar, but it was over dressed, for my taste. If I were to get it again I would ask for it lightly dressed or with the dressing on the side. Second, the temperature on my chop steak was a little under what I ordered. I ordered it medium and it came out closer to medium rare on one side and medium well on the other.

My husband and I visited this Restaurant for lunch and were amazed at the tastiness of the food! We have eaten here a few times before and always thought the entrees were absolutely delicious. These steaks were cooked perfectly(medium rare) and seasoned well. Very very tender. The bread that was served was warm and fresh and wonderful. Our server was Heather and she was super sweet and attentive. We will be back at this restaurant before too long for another mouth watering meal!

Excellent Food, busy Atmosphere, and an "okay"waitress. She could of probably been a little more friendlier, but it's okay. She may have been stressed with the crowd. It was extremely busy the day I visited and it was my first time. I ordered the Rib, Parmesan crusted chicken, baked potato, and grilled corn on the cob meal. And Baby, let me tell you something, that meal was the absolute best that I've had in a long time!!! It was prepared excellently. THANK YOU LONGHORN for great food, that was hot, tasty, and filling!!! I've already been back and took my dad! He loved it!

I have no clue why I've waited this long to try LongHorn and now I'm slapping myself for it. My mom and I decided to go to dinner here today and our meal was nothing short of excellent. My mango margarita had amazing fresh flavors and I love that you essentially get two drinks because you get the extra in the shaker. Their bread is sooo perfect - crusty but soft, warm, and super flavorful. My mom doesn't usually go for the bread at restaurants and even she loved it. The main reason I wanted to come here was to try the new parmesan crusted spinach dip and it did not disappoint. The dip itself was incredibly creamy and cheesy. Then you add the parmesan crust on top, and the crunchy/chewy pita chips and it was perfection. My caesar salad was really good, a little overdressed for my taste but it wasn't egregious. The parmesan crusted chicken was very juicy and flavorful and the mashed potatoes had great texture. We are dessert people so we managed to find space to split the strawberries and cream cake. It was very light and had nice fresh berries on top. We had a great meal overall and very good service! I'm sorry I can't remember our servers name but he did a great job. The only thing we didn't like was how dang hard it is to close up their to-go boxes! We tried so hard and eventually had to have our server do it. He said there's no real trick, you just have to be kind of forceful with them. We will be back for sure!!
