I ordered 2 of these because I was told the first one was not working properly so I figured I just got a bad splitter and ordered a second one. This one also only mirrored my screen and would not span. After purchasing both I read reviews which stated this does not span and I am past the point of being able to return the splitter so I am just out my money. My fault. Moral of the story is READ REVIEWS!!

This cable is NOT Wyse compatible. It is missing the connections from DVI-I pin 4 to VGA pin 15 and DVI-I pin 5 to VGA pin 12. Therefore it can't work in the Wyse dual monitor setup.

Cables that ARE correct are the StartechDVI92030202L, Tripp-Lite P564-06N-DV, and WYSE 920302-02L (but description says it's dual link and it isn't).

I will return the cable.

Wenn am PC nur ein DVI-I Anschluss zu finden ist, man aber zwei Monitore anschließen will, wo einer dann auch nur VGA hat, dann braucht man sowas.
Ist zwar etwas unkonventionell, aber es funktioniert gut.
Von der amerikanischen Computerfirma DELL gibt es einen sogananten WYSE-Adapter, der für diesen hier das Vorbild ist. Die Funktionsweisen ist also die gleiche.
