The knives have a very sharp tip and edge, but they are also very small, thin, and weak. My son threw them at a green wooden tree round and one of them broke on the second throw. Another quickly developed a bent tip. We got a refund but wish I hadn't spent the money in the first place; disappointing birthday. Get something more heavy, balanced, and sturdy, like the SOG Fling.

I’d recomemd amateurs use these because they are decent enough quality that you can practice with them, however I must warn you don’t let them hit cement because they are loud and a little annoying. The metal is decent quality hasn’t broke the tip however they do bend almost immediately. I was looking for something a little longer and heavier.

These are extremely light and will not take a strong hit on a hard piece of wood without damaging the tip. Recommend these for throwing into cardboard boxes or a dart board only. These are too light to throw into wood because they will bounce back quite unexpectedly due to the light weight and can be unpredictable if you miss a throw or try to throw it too hard. Good for throwing indoors.

They throw great using the no-spin technique. They are quite durable but, one time after many throws I threw one of the knives very hard at a board that hard a nail sticking out and it snapped right in-half. For $10 you could have your very own sharp, durable, easy to conceal, throwing knifes.

-The length of each knife is about the length of a typical ballpoint pen
-Each blade has sharp edges and tip(not razor sharp though)
-The knives' centre of mass is located in the middle(see picture below)

Note: Comes with plastic safety tips which can be removed

The sheath
-The sheath looks like it is made out of durable nylon
-There is a buttoned strap that can be used to secure the knives in place
(A single knife cannot be secured due to its small size)
-There is a single belt loop located above the strap which can accommodate most belts

Complaints:
-There are some scratches on the knives, but they are insignificant
-The sheath I received have a small rip which is painful to look at
-The seaming on the sheath can be better.

Overall, being a $15(including standard handling&shipping fee) knife set, this product is decent.
