Drosanthemum (dewflower)

The Drosanthemum, commonly known also as “dewflowers”, is a succulent plant with groundcover shape in the family Aizoaceae and originating from South Africa. It produces small and light green leaves covered by a light down which is probabibly the origin of the plant’s nickname, and many small, daisy-shaped, pink flowers which cover the whole plant. Its particularly abundant flowering makes it ideal for borders.
