Immediately adjacent to Antrim Commons is Norfolk Southern’s 200-acre, $97 million, Franklin County Regional Intermodal Facility, which provides direct rail access to the park.

Lincoln Commons Gettysburg, PA

Located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Lincoln Commons is a 10.86–acre retail site that includes a stand-alone CVS with a drive–thru pharmacy, a Taco Bell, and a 19,200 square foot retail building housing Panera, Mattress Warehouse, Great Clips, and Sunnyside Dispensary. This property can accommodate retail, restaurant, and fast casual food tenants. A pad site is currently available for additional stand-alone tenants. Conveniently situated at the intersection of U.S. Route 15 and U.S. Route 30, Lincoln Commons capitalizes on the tourism from Gettysburg National Military Park.

In 2010, Atapco acquired 43.2 acres fronting on U.S. Route 1 in Howard County, Maryland. Atapco redeveloped the property into three components: 424 for sale townhome lots, which were sold to NVR; Verde West, consisting of 299-LEED Platinum apartments; and Verde East, the final phase of the project, consisting of 344 luxury LEED Platinum apartments and 22,000 square feet of retail space. 

Village Center at Belmont Greene Ashburn, VA

Located on 28.16 total acres, divided into 8 parcels in Ashburn, Virginia, this project, currently scheduled for redevelopment, consists of a 60,891 square foot former grocery store, as well as ground leased pad sites to CVS and Wells Fargo. Additional density allows for up to 46,539 square feet of future retail development and one additional pad site. The property also includes two undeveloped, commercially zoned parcels of land totaling 9.8 acres. A Sheetz gas station is in development to open in 2024.

Steeplechase 95 International Business Park  Capitol Heights, MD

Steeplechase 95 International Business Park is a 110acre, mixed-use business park and retail center located in Capitol Heights, Maryland, at Exit 13 of Interstate 495. The property has superior visibility and convenient access from both Ritchie Marlboro Road and I-495. The park is comprised of approximately 1 million square feet of warehouse/industrial space. The retail center consists of 43,000 square feet of in-line retail space and nine pad sites.  

East Gate Marketplace South Riding, VA

Beginning in 2005 with the first of several land acquisitions, Atapco assembled what would become the East Gate Planning District in South Riding, Virginia. Atapco made significant investments in roads and infrastructure, including a major extension of Tall Cedars Parkway, which links U.S. Route 50, through the East Gate District, to the South Riding and Stone Ridge communities. East Gate Marketplace, a Harris Teeter anchored community shopping center, and the Shoppes at East Gate, which were self-developed by Atapco, are the centerpieces of the community. The neighborhood now includes third-party developed uses including the Primrose School, Life Storage, Everbrook Academy, East Gate Park and Ride, and several townhouse communities. 

The Shoppes at East Gate South Riding, Va

The Shoppes at East Gate, adjacent to East Gate Marketplace, started as part of a 175-acre project located on U.S. Route 50 in Loudoun County, Virginia, south of Dulles International Airport. The Shoppes include a six-tenant building along with Zaxby’s, Royal Farms, Valvoline, and a preschool. 

Atapco initiated construction on the Shoppes in January 2018 and completed the project one year later. Atapco sold the Shoppes at East Gate in 2022. 

The Shops at Moorefield Village Ashburn, VA

The Shops at Moorefield Village is located on 16 acres in Ashburn, Virginia. The project includes a 52,213 square foot grocery store leased by Harris Teeter and a 0.7-acre pad site ground leased to Truist Bank. The property additionally supports up to 57,723 square feet of future retail development capacity. In 2018, Atapco procured additional acreage from Loudoun County which will allow for improved access to the center and will yield two additional retail building pad sites. This additional land was successfully rezoned in 2020. The project, less the Truist Bank pad, was sold in 2022. 

Clemson Corner Frederick, MD

Clemson Corner, sold in December of 2011, was developed as a joint venture between Atapco Properties and Faison Enterprises, Inc. This 400,000 square foot Class-A regional shopping center, situated on 37 acres of land at the heavily traveled intersection of U.S. Route 15, state Route 26, state Route 355 in Frederick, Maryland, allows for easy access and high visibility. In addition to Wegmans, Marshall’s and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores, the shopping center contains over 40,000 square feet of Class-A retail shops and pad sites.
