I have owned several Classe amps over the years and all have been very reliable. But that was several years ago so I couldn't say how well they age beyond about a decade or so.
I can tell you that the CA-200 came in two styles, with the heat sinks in back, and the newer style with the heat sinks on the sides. The CA-200 with the heat sinks on the sides came out just a bit before they released the newer CA-201.
The CA-201 had two different styles as well! The older style had the flat front face plate. The newer CA-201 had the very squared off edges with horizontal grooves in the front face plate.
If you can find a newer style CA-200 (heat sinks on sides), or the CA-201, you'll have slightly newer amps. If you can find the CA-201 with the grooved front panel, that will be the latest in that series of amps.
Just as a side note, I had the CA-100 and then the CA-200. With my Thiel CS1.5 speakers the CA-100 was good but the sound really opened up effortlessly with the CA-200. I also had the CA-300 but didn't notice much difference between it and the CA-200 driving my Thiel CS1.5's.

My Newer style Classe with heat sinks on sides. This is actually the CA-300 but the CA-200 with heat sinks on sides looks very similar but not as tall.
