I don't speak Spanish, sorry. BUT it looks like GAO NA, not GAONA. Perhaps a little letter spacing would help.

Also please fix the wrapping on "Union." If you want to keep the shield shape as your basis, really pay attention to the bottom of the fonts and the distance to the shield lines. They should all be equal distance. Currently the words are more triangular in shape than they are shield like in shape. When they aren't uniform it feels like text shoved into a symbol rather than a symbol built around the words.
