Too much stuff in one logo, take off the semitrasparent mountain back, mabe you can try to draw the trace of mountain.
I like the font choice but these blue end black do not work together.
The middle sentence (CDA#.....996) you can try to put under the 2° circle trace.

First of all, logos usually need to be relatively simple, with fewer colors and less detail than a photograph contains. I advise against ever using a photo in your logo designs.
There is no real strong concept for this logo. Yes, you are showing a van, but it appears to be a stock illustration that contains too much detail for a logo. You need to create your own symbols when designing a logo.
As much as the logo needs work, I would say that the typography and blue color good. The font looks like a Helvetica or a Helvetica derivative, which I feel is appropriate for a business of this kind.
I would remove the CDA number, as well as the "TVTC 2023", whatever those mean. You dont need them in the logo, you should place those separately from the logo in the space you are designing in.
Overall I would say that this logo is currently unusable and needs a lot of work. I would go back to the drawing board and come up with a new concept and work from there.
You can keep the typeface and blue color if you like, those are solid.

Good: The logo conveys the focus of the company
Bad: Too much attention is drawn to the picture in the middle, attention should be drawn on the words rather than the image.
Suggestion: Make the graphics simple with words.

Good: I understand immediatly the focus of the company
Bad: image & vectors in logo. It's impossible to embroid or cut in vinyl film this logo. Also will be impossible to print or engrave with laser.
