In a shipment of six plants, this is one of five that arrived dried out and miserable looking. As a return customer, I contacted the seller, sure they would make this right. Not true! After weeks of trying to come to a resolution of a refund or replacement, the seller said they’d send a new one. I asked about the others that arrived in poor condition. They asked for pictures, which I had already provided in previous messages, and I sent them again. I never hear back after that. Beware!

My grafted Alfonso mango tree arrived packaged well & promptly. Seller is very communicative! The plant looks healthy. The leaves & graft look green & healthy. The root ball also looks alive & healthy. The tree traveled for 7 days & arrived looking vibrant green. I forgot to get pictures of the root ball before I planted it. Seller has online directions for planting & care. I'm keeping it under a grow light indoors as it is cold here now. I hope this tree grows well!
