Frank McGrath is a Canadian IFBB pro and a model. The bodybuilding champion was climbing the heights of his career with an amazing physique but unfortunately had a huge accident in 2010, and had to stop competing for a long time. An oncoming vehicle had jumped the median and hit Frank’s car. He lost his spleen and suffered a collapsed lung and even suffered from skin tear from his triceps. But he is a bodybuilder who never quit.
The recent post by the IFBB pro showed how he bounced back from the dangerous encounter and again started competing. A man who suffered so many injuries still has a physique that everyone envies.

He shared a throwback video of his shattered car, his hospital treatment photos, and then finally, him coming back on the stage as flawless as ever. The journey was not easy, and it was intense, but Frank McGrath pushed through. He captioned the post saying, “They said I was done! 1 year later I step on stage the rest is history. Don’t listen to the naysayers 🤘🏻 @wrathperformance #wrath #neversurrender.”

Just like McGrath, 2x Tampa Pro winner, Akim Williams was also caught in an accident and hurt his back, neck, and shoulder. He had talked about the incident with Isabelle Turell, on her channel ‘Fit Rockstar Show’, and said, “I was five or six weeks into my prep, and I was on my way to training one of my clients. I got on the highway, and I got hit from behind by a guy. I think he was on his way to the airport to drop off his sister-in-law, so I think he was rushing.” Nonetheless, even he bounced back and fans, including Frank himself, cheered him on. Frank said, “I know the feeling comes back even better 💪🏼🤘🏻,” in the comment.
