  • Country-Style Cheese Cake Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 40 minutes 1 pkg (8 ounces) CREAM CHEESE, regular, low fat or fat free 1 WHOLE EGG, beaten 1/2 cup SOUR CREAM, regular, low fat or fat free 1 can (14 ounces) H-E-B SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK 1 GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST 1. Heat oven to 350 °F 2. Combine cream cheese, beaten egg, sour cream and H-E-B SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK in a large mixing bowl. Blend ingredients for one minute using an electric mixer. Pour mixture into Graham cracker crust. Bake on the center oven rack for 40 minutes (center will jiggle). Remove from oven and cool. Chill before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings
