HE FOUGHT AT THE NOVA MUSIC FESTIVAL Amin Achondov was born in Azerbaijan. He moved to Israel with his family, who loved their Jewish heritage and the land of Israel. Amin was a member of the Yoav unit in the Israeli police. As Hamas terrorists massacred, raped, burned, and mutilated young men and women at the Nova music festival, Amin and other members of the police found themselves fighting with pistols against terrorists with RPGs and machine guns. He saved many people and directed them to safety. Amin was killed in combat by Hamas terrorists. May his memory be a blessing. #october7massacre

I understand "Never again," so I was astounded to learn that the Israeli government had turned the entire country into a victim disarmament zone. In the few cases where Israelis had weapons to fight back against Hamas, the kill ratio was 10:1 in their favor. If guns had been more available, they'd have lost maybe 150 people and there'd be no hostages. Some say that Admiral Yamamoto, who planned the Pearl Harbor attack, did not want to invade the United States because "There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass." I hope their government learns from this ancient wisdom - "If you would have peace, EVERYONE must be prepared for war EVERYWHERE at ANY MOMENT." Swapping a Hamas leader for hostages was a BAD move - he planned 10/7. Never swap for hostages. Mossad kills hostage takers like those who murdered the Olympic athletes. Hostage taking will be less beneficial. Given the number of single, military age men pouring over our southern border, we, too, will have to re-learn this lesson. This won't stop - illegals are counted in the census. They want to bulk up their head count to get more electoral votes and more Representatives. Those who ignore the lessons of history must repeat them, and the price goes up each time.
