The Pink Aechmea Bromeliad is a special Bromeliad because they are uniquely tropical and rare looking.

This bromeliad’s name is derived from a Greek word for “spear,” and the name is quite fitting. This Aechmea fasciata, with a flower head that is predominately pink, is one of the most popular bromeliads on the market.

Bromeliad flowers can last 3 to 6 months, but they typically flower just once.

    Wonderful plant

I gifted one to my sister who lives in California a couple of years ago. I just recently visited her and the plant was so beautiful. It grew a pup but she hasn’t separated it from the mother plant. I had plant envy and just bought one for myself.
