This Friday, May 19, 'Fast & Furious 10', the penultimate film in the action saga starring Vin Diesel, opens in theaters around the world. The 55-year-old actor is a veteran and one of the few who can boast of being at the helm of a cast that has changed so much over the more than two decades since the first film. The performer himself, in fact, has undergone his own physical transformation.

Since 'Fast & Furious' was released in 2001, Vin Diesel has been the center of attention for his imposing physique, full of muscles and an enviable figure. However, just like the films, his appearance was changing, not only by the passing of the years, but by an intense training that was adapted after each film of the saga.

In fact, fans who have seen each of the films can see that Vin Diesel is getting bigger and bigger. Like Dwayne Johnson, the California actor has been undergoing a strict diet and hard workouts in order to maintain his shape.

Controversy over a vacation in 2021

In the recent films, Vin Diesel's physique is much more swollen and, in 2021, he starred in a controversy that made him make public some statements to explain what happened. Some photos of him showing him out of weight, while enjoying a vacation, caused a stir and soon went viral.

"Body-shaming is always wrong," he told Complex magazine. He also revealed what had happened in the days after she had his pictures taken. "It's amazing the response from the reporters I've been talking to the last two days in New York. Today one wanted to see 'dad's body'. I wonder if I should show them the photo," he said.

"It's like dad's body goes viral, like really? I mean, I don't have to be in front of the camera for a couple of months and I'm really dad."
