Village at Manassas Park
In April 2021, Norton Scott began construction on a Public-Private Partnership project with the City of Manassas Park to redevelop downtown Manassas Park into a vibrant, pedestrian-centric, mixed-use community anchored by a civic, retail, and entertainment plaza, and a newly constructed garage and pedestrian bridge for the Manassas Park VRE Station.
In addition to a new City Hall, Public Library, retail and office space, 300 residential units will be built on the site, the first phase of which will be built and marketed by Stanley Martin Homes.
The first phase of construction, completed in July 2022, includes the new City Hall and Library, retail and a portion of the residential.
