Working on knowledge of and compassion for yourself can provide clarity and a foundation for change in all aspects of your life. I am also dedicated to working with the LGBTQIA+ community and folx who may not be comfortable in all treatment spaces. I work with adults and couples.
I use a combination of relational, existential, emotionally-focused, attachment, feminist, person-centered, HAES/body-neutrality, trauma-focused therapy and integrate interventions from different modalities to find how best to support you. My goal is to provide an environment where you feel safe to ask yourself even the toughest questions.
