For TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS:

You can use my products personally , commercially for digital games or educational sheets. You must credit Teaching Tutifruti with a clickable link (to my Tpt shop https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Teaching-Tutifruti ) inside your PDF file, on your blog or wherever you display the file.

Teachers must create a disclaimer inside their PDF files to protect my materials such as a copyright statement that indicates that the PDF file can only be used for personal and classroom use. Teachers must design a decent project / game to offer free digital download PDF files and must place my clickable link inside the file (You cannot share graphics for free).

For PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS:

You can use my products PERSONALLY, create printed stationery, handmade or printed cards, brochures, flyers, business cards, all sort of printed stationery elements, games, clothing, accessories, classroom decoration etc.

NOT ALLOWED USES:

- You cannot sell my graphics and claim as your own. All copyrights remain to Teaching Tutifruti

- You cannot share graphics for free. (Teachers must design a decent project / game to offer free digital download PDF files and must place my clickable link inside the file.)

- You cannot repackage, and re-sell my graphics “as is”

(my graphics are not for creating image downloads, image CDs, digital compilations, graphic element kits, and clipart kits).

OTHER NOTE:

- The license does not include right for using my graphics for any mass production. There are other license options if you are a wholesaler and produce more than 1000 copy of any products. In that case, please contact me. My Small Commercial License does not cover mass produced prints
