At 2:24 PM Eastern Time, Friday afternoon, police officer responded to a residence located in the 14700 block of Birchdale Avenue to investigate reports of a shooting. RMDA8T4N–EARLY LAND PATENTS In 1653, Thomas Burbage obtained 8,000 acres between the Occoquan and Neabsco Creek. Burbage's Neck later passed to Martin Scarlet (D. 1695), pioneer settler and sometime Burgess, George Mason II gained 584 acres of Occoquan River frontage on the first Prince William Court House.
