Ori di Langa Truffle Salt is made with 100% Italian truffles. This salt will bring a sumptuous gourmet touch to your dishes and give that extra delicious richness.


Ingredients: Salt 98%, freeze-dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 0,2% (like 1% of fresh truffle), flavor. 

The product doesn’t contain allergens. Vegan.

ABOUT TARTUFLANGHE, ALBA, PIEMONTE, ITALY

Tartuflanghe is an Italian company that was founded by Beppe Montanaro and his wife Domenica Bertolusso in 1975. The company’s name derives from an intuition that Domenica had: she joined the Italian word for “truffle” with the name of the original territory of this precious tuber, the Langhe area. Their idea is based on selecting and certifying the quality of Alba White Truffle and shipping it all over the world. Tartuflanghe is located a few kilometers from Alba, the capital of the Langhe, the most important treasure chest of the White Truffle, the Tuber Magnatum Pico which is also named after Alba.
