    Fashion giant Giorgio Armani admits his industry has been “churning out far too much ill-conceived product that nobody needs” and that Italy’s shutdown – one of the longest and strictest in the world – has provided the time for a rethink and reset.

    “It has made me think about what I would like to change in how I approach the fashion system,” he tells AFR Magazine when asked about working in Milan during lockdown.
